There's a little paper taped to the top of my computer monitor that reads:
Please take responsibility for the energy you bring into this space.
This is one of my favorite sayings! It’s always good to remember to leave your bad energy at the door. It’s not going anywhere, or maybe, by leaving it behind, it will.
So what if you’ve had a bad day or life is being particularly unkind?
When that’s happening, close your eyes and take a deep breath before entering a room. Don’t make others suffer your bad juju. In the end, it will make for a better day for them and for you.
And even though I believe sharing is important, even vital, especially with your girlfriends, sometimes it’s simply not the right time or place.
So be a positive force in your world. Don’t be the one who zaps a good vibe from the room!
