The great Louise Sawyer (aka Susan Sarandon in “Thelma and Louise”) once said, “You get what you settle for.”

This simple little gem couldn’t be truer! I remind myself of it on a regular basis by keeping it posted to my vision board, and I’ve used it more than once when encouraging my kids to dream big in all aspects of their life.

It doesn’t matter if it’s about friendship, love, career, whatever, never accept "less than," period.
